I think someone hasn't done their research properly. That or they're compulsive liars.
Silly destructoid.
Could this game ACTUALLY live up to the hype? My brain tells me no, but my heart cries JESUS CHRIST YES AND YOU SHOULD BE BURNT FOR EVEN THINKING IT COULDN'T!!!
Oh, and ISA FTW.
@ 1.6
You're right. Console allegiances or not, I think everyone can agree with me when I say MS are a bit notorious when it comes to ignoring certain regulations in order to aid their monopoly.
Can't they just get along?
WHAT??? The toilet was the central concept around which the entire appeal for Sims 1/2 was founded!!!
Will Wright, you have made an enemy today.
I'm sceptical. That looked like CG. Not because it was TOO good, it just looked that way that CG does.
I wouldn't mind being proved wrong, though.
As far as I'm concerned, Lara Croft died after Tomb Raider 2. The games after that, that I played, weren't that great.
This is one of those franchises that just needs to end. Now.
I think those clouds are probably just flat images.
Anyway, I don't see why Team Sonic don't just pull a MegaMan 9 and make a new, completely 2D (2.5D maybe) Sonic game for download. It's got to be easier than coming up with all these ridiculous gimmicks and unnecessary gameplay elements.
And therein lies the problem with the Agree/Disagree system.
Erm... I'm probably not the sort of person this thing is aimed at.
Either way, the thing that lowers the average to sub 9 is the grade for Story. How can you even try to give a mark for story to a friggin racing game???
Anyway, 8.9 is a good score. Not that I'd trust this site when it comes to swaying my purchasing decisions. Nothing against the site itself, it's just a little un-established.
Could it just be that people prefer the art style of KZ2? Crysis has a completely different style to Killzone.
But I'm almost certain some people would have a completely different opinion if it was Crysis on the PS3 and KZ2 on the PC. But hey, welcome to the internet. :P
This is what people in the know have been talking about for ages. Home Open Beta is no where near the finished article. What we have at the moment is a black and white photocopy of of a 3 year-old's drawing of a low res photo of an empty shell of what it will become.
Anyone who has written Home off already is, frankly, retarded... No offence :P
I think the problem with Crysis' graphics is that they're a little too clichéd. They're still super impressive and really smooth but KZ2 has a bit more... personality. Crysis is going for realistic whereas KZ2 has taken a slightly artistic direction and hence has a bit more personality.
Put it another way, KZ2 is instantly recognisable (even with low res shots), whereas for Crysis doesn't instantly jump out at you.
That's why IMO Killzone 2 has the most impressi...
Blu-Ray is selling better than DVD did; Blu-Ray is doomed...
WHO DO I BELIEVE???
Speaking of which, do y'all remember when everyone was saying that Blu-Ray was doomed and putting it in PS3 was a complete waste of time?
Just thought I'd remind everyone that Sony do seem to actually know what they're doing.
Back on topic though, a Blu-Ray add on would be a good thing for 360 owners. It's always good to have options.
Exactly LeShin, this way PSN stays free.
I would much rather pay a quid or 2 every now and then for some virtual sofas than be paying a subscription charge.
I don't see what people's problem is with this. If people are paying money for it then there is obviously an audience for it. I pretty big one if this $1,000,000 is anything to go by.
And heck, if it keeps PSN free, how can anyone complain???
The Pokemon that Nintendo abandoned when compiling the original 150.
He turned to alcohol, drugs and magic potions and is now a bitter shell of who he once was. Don't pity him though, he violates ponies on a weekly basis.
IT COULD BE TRUE!!!
I got my PS3 because I entered console gaming properly (I did have a SNES) with PS2 and by the time next gen was being talked about, I'd already decided Playstation was the way to go.
